	The new 44,660 sq. ft. two-story facility is constructed on an existing 3.28 acre site on the EITC campus.

Design-build facility to support EITC health profession division

ZGA was selected as a part of design-build team to provide architectural design
services for the new health education facility at Eastern Idaho Technical College –
Idaho Falls, Idaho.

EITC is a professional-technical college and teaching facility to support their health professions division in the areas of practical nursing, dental assistant, medical assistant and surgical technology programs.

The new health education building serves both EITC and Idaho State University with laboratories, classrooms, faculty and administration areas and building support areas.
